Just confirmed…William Schallert

William Schallert has just been confirmed to appear in Monsters, Martians and Mad Scientists: Horror in the Atomic Age.

This veteran film and television actor may be best known for playing Patty Duke’s father on The Patty Duke Show from 1963 to 1966However, genre fans will also remember his numerous appearances in Atomic Age films, including The Man From Planet X (1951), Captive Women (1952), Port Sinister (1953), and The Incredible Shrinking Man (1957), to name a few!

In fact, Mr. Schallert has worked steadily in the sci-fi and horror genres throughout his long career, including appearances in The Twilight ZoneStar Trek, The Wild Wild West, The Six Million Dollar Man, The Bionic Woman, Quantum Leap, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, and most recently, several episodes of the HBO series True Blood.
